Supply Chain & Inventory Analyst

This role involves gathering and analyzing supply chain data, identifying performance gaps, and offering recommendations for enhancement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Program Management, and Finance, will be essential to identify opportunities for process improvements and system modifications. The Supply Chain & Inventory Analyst will also contribute to the development of key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards and maintain ERP master data to optimize inventory management for on-time delivery while mitigating risk. Root cause analysis, documentation, and project management will be integral components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Program Management, and Finance to identify business process improvement opportunities and suggest system modifications.
- Enhance and maintain Supply Chain & Inventory Reporting, including developing new KPI dashboards in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Analyze, update, and manage ERP Master Data to optimize inventory targets, supporting on-time delivery objectives and minimizing scrap risk.
- Identify opportunities to increase inventory utilization (Purchased and Manufactured), leading or assisting in Turn-Around-Time (TAT) improvement projects.
- Contribute to capacity planning efforts.
- Ensure continuous improvement efforts adhere to customer, regulatory, and internal control requirements.
- Maintain accuracy of production inventory and warehouse process controls, including compliance with Internal Control, Lot Control, and traceability requirements.
- Support investigations and inventory reconciliation efforts, including component where-used analysis, availability assessment, and transaction history review.
- Perform root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies to identify procedural opportunities for improvement (OFIs).
- Generate, maintain, and enhance Supply Chain documentation, such as work instructions and forms.
- Occasionally provide backup support for Planning or Procurement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management preferred; related fields like Business Administration, Accounting, or Engineering, along with a certification in Supply Chain Management, may be considered.
- A minimum of 5 years\' experience in a complex production and planning environment is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years\' combined experience in data analysis and process improvement is preferred.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing is desirable.
- Familiarity with logistics and production planning concepts; experience in various supply chain roles and functions (Planning, Logistics, Procurement) is an asset.
- Project management experience and skills are a plus.
- Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes is beneficial.
- Proficiency in ERP MRP II environments, with expertise in inventory management and production control.
- Strong ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.
- Expertise in working with databases and spreadsheets.
- Exceptional critical and creative thinking, coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
- Documentation skills to clearly articulate processes.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent prioritization and time management abilities; adept at managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently, utilizing data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented approaches.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to collaborate with individuals across organizational levels.
- Proven ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Comfort and familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, DMAIC, 5S, Bottleneck Analysis, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Factories, etc.).
