Descriptif mission The Supply Chain & Inventory Analyst will be responsible for assembling supply chain (Logistics, Procurement, Inventory and Planning) data and the analysis of that data to determine & track performance, identify gaps/issues and develop recommendations to support continuous improvement efforts in these areas while accounting for all stakeholder needs in each process.

Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management preferred, but a related Degree/Diploma (e.g. in Business Administration, Accounting, or Engineering) along with a certification in Supply Chain Management may be substituted.
Minimum 5 years\' experience in a complex production and planning environment preferred.
Minimum 5 years\' combined experience with data analysis and process improvement preferred.
Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
Experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.
Must be familiar with logistics and production planning concepts; experience in various supply chain roles and functions an asset (Planning, Logistics, Procurement) an asset.
Project management experience and skills an asset.
Experience with S&OP processes an asset.

Excellent knowledge of ERP MRP II environments, with specific competency in inventory management and production control.
Ability to translate theory into practice.
Expert-level skills with databases and spreadsheets.
Very strong critical/creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to document processes in a clear manner.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills; ability to juggle and manage competing priorities in a constantly changing environment.
Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines.
Demonstrated capability to manage projects and achieve results in a self-driven manner by utilizing a data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented approach.
Possess excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with individuals at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience and comfort with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, RCA, DMAIC, 5S, Bottleneck analysis, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Factories etc.).
