As part of Vention\'s Operations team, reporting to the VP Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, you will use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance our supply chain processes. You will be responsible for assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support SCM planning and operations in a fast-growth environment to support our OTIF target.More specifically, you will:Maintain Inventory integrity and master data creationTrack and manage adherence to key KPI, root cause failure, driving counter measure actionsProvide robust analysis and input to S&OPSupport ordering plan and ensure delivery schedule is up to date with our suppliers to meet our replenishment needs; update MRP system accordinglyManage and monitor all stock movements, including warehouse transfersWork closely with a dedicated team of software developers, improving inventory planning software and underlying algorithmsCreates visibility to inventory through dashboard creationEscalating critical supply and demand deficiencies to key stakeholdersHelp foster trusting relationships with business partnersQualificationsBachelor degree in Business Management, Logistics or a related fieldAt least 2 years of related work experienceKnowledge of inventory level mathematics, including daily demand, safety stock, reorder points and economic order quantityWorking knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerBIPrior expertise in writing SQL queriesProblem-solving aptitude and strong attention to detailExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong quantitative and analytical skillsFamiliar with logistics and production planning conceptsUnderstand contracts and pricingStrong data analytic background with business acumen in order to have the ability to run complex analysis independently of the data science teamProblem-solving skillsAPICS or SCMP certification an assetAdditional InformationHow We Take Care of You
