The primary mandate of the Supply and Raw Materials Planning Manager is to develop and execute an optimal supply plan to ensure a high level of service and achieve the profitability targets for Agropur's Ice Cream category.

Salary scale 006: $95,900 to $119,900
(Base salary will be determined based on academic background, experience, training, and job-related skills.
What this role involves:
Develop the category's supply plan and inventory strategies to deliver the highest possible service levels to our customers at the lowest cost to the cooperative.
Manage short- and long-term production capacity and lead supply review activities as part of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
Provide long-term visibility on capacity utilization and collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Sales to propose supply chain optimization plans that drive volume growth and profitability.
Monitor key supply chain performance indicators and implement continuous improvement plans.
Optimize supplier ordering to ensure efficient operations at the lowest possible cost.
Represent Supply & Operations Planning (S&OP) in cross-functional new product launch teams and ensure appropriate plans are in place to support launches.
Act as an ambassador for and deploy the cooperative's continuous improvement methodology.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and reliable delivery of raw materials, and with internal stakeholders such as Procurement, S&OP, Marketing, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
Accountable for raw material and finished goods losses.
Lead and develop a high-performing, engaged team of 5 analysts.
What you need to join our team:
5 to 7 years of experience in supply planning or a similar role within supply chain planning in a CPG environment;
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field and/or a professional supply chain designation;
Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and crisis management skills;
Ability to benchmark best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement;
Proven expertise in statistics, planning, and inventory management methods, with a solid understanding of their financial and operational impacts;
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and organizational levels;
Outstanding change management skills, particularly in adopting and leveraging tools and technology;
APICS and Six Sigma certifications are considered assets;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
