PMR is looking for a

Supplier Services Coordinator

to help manage and facilitate our operating procedures. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized, a great listener and have excellent communication skills to effectively serve others. Unlike a call center, our open spaces offices offer a relaxed and productive environment which fosters team collaboration but also supports an autonomous workspace for each member of the team.

LOCATION:

Onsite position (in-office, not remote) Boisbriand

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle incoming requests through email and phone channels; Create, complete and monitor service requests; Update internal databases with account information; Act as a direct liaison between logistics brokers and clients for incoming shipments; Build relationships with suppliers and other PMR departments

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role Comfortable working with multiple software systems; tech-savvy and adaptable Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Trilingual- English, French and Spanish - essential Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Strong multitasking and time-management abilities Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
