will cultivate and manage partnerships with suppliers, evaluate partnership agreements, and oversee the implementation of Frontier Lodging initiatives.
As part of the
Supplier
team, you will play a key role in marketing our services, educating suppliers, addressing customer service issues, and driving continuous improvement in supplier relations. This is a
full-time
, salaried position and reports to the
Director of Supplier Relationships.
Supplier Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with supplier partners at all levels.
Act as the liaison between suppliers and Frontier, facilitating communication and collaboration.
Conduct annual reviews on business performance and growth, rate strategy, process improvement and project updates.
Support onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring proper documentation, contracts, and CRM updates.
Travel to supplier locations for meetings, property assessments, and relationship building.
Supporting Projects Department (primary source of travel)
Negotiating competitive rates directly with hotel management.
Conducting site visits to evaluate property amenities and overall suitability.
Gaining a thorough understanding of local areas and logistics.
Assessing and communicating project scope while identifying opportunities to offer expanded services to clients.
Negotiating competitive commissionable rates, schedules & favorable payment terms directly with hotel management and other partnered stakeholders.
Training and Education
Educate suppliers on Frontier's systems, processes, and standards through training sessions and materials.
Promote Frontier Lodging's services and value propositions to new and existing suppliers.
Understand supplier systems and relay insights to improve Frontier's internal processes.
Track Supplier partner adherence to Frontier Processes.
Reporting and Compliance
Develop, manage, and maintain production and trend reports and dashboards.
Conduct regular audits of rate loading, GDS accessibility, and property quality standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier data, including assessments and photographs.
Provide market and supplier insights to internal stakeholders to support strategy and volume growth.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
Act as a first point of contact for supplier-related customer service concerns.
Coordinate resolution efforts between suppliers and internal departments.
Ensure client/supplier satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and clear communication.
Strategic Development
Identify new supplier opportunities and market gaps.
Rebuild lapsed relationships and explore new partnership opportunities.
Share insights with Business Development regarding client locations and opportunities.

Requirement to travel
extensively, minimum of 1 week per month,
to various hotel and supplier locations. While most travel will be thoughtfully planned, there will be requirements for spontaneous travel at times.
A valid driver's license and valid passport is
mandatory.
Quality Assurance, 2+ years in Account Management or Supervisor level Customer Service.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration.

, capable of working independently while possessing strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:
$45,000-$50,000 annually
