Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Supplement Formulator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nutritional science and will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing new and existing nutritional supplements.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulation Development: Create and develop new supplement formulas based on scientific research, market trends, and company objectives.

Ingredient Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential ingredient suppliers, ensuring the highest quality and purity standards.

Product Optimization: Continuously review and refine existing formulations for efficacy, cost-efficiency, and market demand.

Research & Analysis: Stay updated with the latest scientific research related to nutritional supplementation to inform formulation decisions.

Collaboration: Work closely with the production, quality assurance, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all formulations, ingredient sources, and testing results.

Quality Assurance: Work alongside QA teams to ensure that final products meet or exceed established safety and efficacy standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Nutritional Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., Masters or Ph.D.) are a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in supplement formulation or a related role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of supplement ingredients, their interactions, and their effects on human health.
• Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other industry regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience with Amazon is an asset.
• Professional certifications related to nutrition or supplement formulation.
