Job Summary during the Supervisor shift

WOW! Hospitality is looking for an inspired individual to help lead our busy, eclectic restaurant in the Exchange district. Peasant Cookery has been a long time staple in the Exchange District, housed on the main floor of the historic Travelers' Building, famous for their Wednesday Buck a Shuck, craft cocktails, a spectacular wine list and a perfect pre-and post theatre dining choice.

The Supervisor/Server will be responsible for helping too inspire and lead our dedicated team of hospitality professionals. The Supervisor/Server the face of the business, as he/she also serves on the floor and ultimately responsible for curating the perfect dining experience for our diverse clientele.

The Supervisor/Server is accountable for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant 2 days a week.

The Supervisor/Server also serves 3 days a week, you may have the pick of the shifts, as it is advantageous for the Supervisor/Server to be on the floor on busy days, leading the hospitality team on the floor.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and executive team to realize WOW! goals.

Create an engaging and energetic atmosphere where all team members work to the common goal of guest satisfaction.

communicate and reinforce the vision to all team members and lead by example.

liase with team to provide exceptional service from entry to dessert.

recruitment and development of team members.

lead compliance of company policies and procedures.
