We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our team in a dynamic retail environment. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our store meets its sales and service goals.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of retail staff to ensure efficient operations. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales. Handle cash management, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation. Conduct interviews and assist in the recruiting process for new team members. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive work environment. Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets. Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll processing, budgeting, and bookkeeping.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficient in POS systems, cash handling, merchandising, and retail management practices. Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities. Experience in recruiting, training & development, and performance management. Basic math skills for pricing accuracy and budget management. Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers as needed. Pay: $19.20-$25.00 per hour
