TEL Construction is growing fast and we're looking for a

driven, organized, Supervisor/Manager

to help lead our siding projects across Calgary.

You'll be responsible for:

Running day-to-day site operations Coordinating materials & deliveries Managing crews + subcontractors Quality control & inspections Keeping projects on schedule Client + builder communication Ensuring safety & site cleanliness Reporting progress to management

Must-Haves:

3+ years construction experience (exteriors preferred) Strong leadership & communication skills Organized and detail-oriented -- not scattered Can plan, schedule and keep crews productive Ability to read drawings & scopes of work Valid driver's license + reliable vehicle Reliable, professional, coachable

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with siding/exteriors (Hardie, LP, LUX, Metal) Past supervisor, lead hand, or foreman experience Comfortable using basic software (calendar, photos, checklists)
