Job Description

We are seeking a detailed-orient Landscape Crew Leader to join In Bloom Landscaping. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance, great customer service, and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in various outdoor projects Oversee the installation of landscape features such as plants and trees Perform lawn maintenance, garden bed maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and mulching Operate lawn cutting tractors Use Trimmers, hedge clippers and blowers Train new crew members on landscaping techniques and safety procedures

Requirements:

3 - 5 years experience. Previous work references Proven experience in landscaping, garden maintenance. Strong leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage a team. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Knowledge of plant care, soil types, and gardening techniques. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
