Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for Supervising the staff, ensuring exceptional guest experience, preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items along side the rest of the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the coffee and smoothie industry, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to maintaining food safety standards.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, smoothies, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing customer orders and payments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils, to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and making recommendations based on their preferences. Inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients, reporting shortages as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods while managing time effectively. Uphold high standards of quality in both food preparation and presentation. Manage the opening and closing duties, as well as the end of day.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a cafe supervisor. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately at the cash register. Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with cashiering duties and operating POS systems is beneficial. A willingness to learn about team management.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
