Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service. Oversee the use of Point of Sale (POS) systems and ensure accurate transactions. Conduct interviews and assist in the recruiting process to build a strong team. Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Monitor budgets and manage resources effectively to meet organizational goals. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain phone etiquette standards while interacting with customers and staff. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in team management or supervisory roles. Familiarity with POS systems is preferred. Strong interviewing skills with experience in recruiting talent. Knowledge of budgeting principles and resource management. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction. Proficient in phone etiquette for effective communication. Experience in training development to support employee growth. Strong math skills for accurate financial transactions and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 - 40 per week
