Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Lead, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance Manage inventory levels, including purchasing, merchandising, and pricing strategies Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate payroll processing Foster a positive customer service environment by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process for new team members Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote store initiatives Maintain organized administrative records including bookkeeping and budgeting tasks Monitor sales performance metrics and provide feedback to staff to improve results Collaborate with upper management on store management strategies and operational improvements

Skills

Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in negotiation techniques to resolve conflicts effectively Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions Background in retail sales management with knowledge of POS systems Solid understanding of merchandising principles and pricing strategies Experience in training & development of staff members for optimal performance Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively Proficient in administrative tasks including payroll, budgeting, and bookkeeping Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting
