What you will do:

Train and coach the team below you to provide outstanding service Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder) Place orders and perform inventory counts Address customer concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied

Job Requirements:

Safe Food Handling Certification Minimum one year experience leading a team Non-slip shoes, jeans, black T-Shirt and black baseball hat Able to list 50lbs Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a hot kitchen

Ability to travel to one of our Toronto GTA training locations for 2-3 weeks for training, prior to starting at our new Whitby location. (Training is paid).
