Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail management. This role requires effective communication, organizational abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

Duties

Manage a restaurant team, maintaining adequate staffing levels, proper training and
coaching of team members, ensuring compliance with all Buster's pizza & Donair's
policies and procedures

Provide outstanding customer experience, including professionally and promptly
responding to all customer concerns or issues. Solicit, share and utilize customer
feedbackto improve restaurant operations and build brand loyalty

Communicate, train and promote quality standards to restaurant team members Execute cash management duties with POS and shift report Manage a restaurant team, maintaining adequate staffing levels, proper training and
coaching of team members, ensuring compliance with all Busters Pizza & Donair's
policies and Procedures

Manage inventory to ensure adequate levels using the company's systems andguidelines
to minimize losses

Manage company's assets by ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe, always organized and
comply with safety and security standards.

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience in a retail environment is essential. Strong background in retail sales management with a focus on customer service excellence. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are preferred to enhance customer interactions. Proficient in administrative tasks including payroll processing, budgeting, and bookkeeping. Familiarity with merchandising principles, pricing strategies, and inventory management. Strong organizational skills with effective time management abilities. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Solid math skills for handling transactions and financial reporting. Experience with training & development initiatives for staff growth.
