We're looking for a dynamic leader to guide our Accounts Payable and Vendor Claims Management teams toward operational excellence. What You'll Do:
Lead and Inspire
Supervise daily operations, adjusting resources during peak periods to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Monitor productivity, address performance issues, and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Recognize and reward team contributions, fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.
Develop Talent
Partner with the Manager to conduct performance reviews, maintain employee records, and implement development plans.
Hire, onboard, and train new team members; identify opportunities for ongoing skill enhancement.
Mentor staff, providing guidance and motivation to help them reach their full potential.
Drive Operational Excellence
Analyze performance metrics to uncover opportunities for process and system improvements.
Track and achieve goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support complex negotiations with business partners and propose innovative solutions to mitigate risk.
What We're Looking For:
Experience & Education
8-10 years of relevant professional experience.
1-3 years in a direct leadership or supervisory role.
Bachelor's degree required.
Technical Expertise
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Strong data entry skills and ability to perform both basic and complex mathematical calculations.
Comfortable with common office equipment and adept at learning new systems and technologies quickly.?

Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Proven ability to forecast impacts, implement solutions, and adapt to change.
Skilled in hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.

Willingness to work in a phone-based environment using a headset for extended periods.

Professional office environment.
This role follows the company's RTO policy Hybrid Work Schedule with 3 days in office 2 days in office which is subject to change according to business needs.
Local (in-country) travel required.
Frequent Travel Required (25%).

Vos responsabilites
Diriger et inspirer
Superviser les operations quotidiennes, ajuster les ressources lors des periodes de pointe afin de respecter les ententes de niveau de service (SLA).
Surveiller la productivite, traiter les enjeux de performance et assurer le respect constant des normes de qualite.
Reconnaitre et recompenser les contributions de l'equipe, en favorisant une culture d'engagement et d'excellence.
Developper les talents
Collaborer avec le gestionnaire pour effectuer les evaluations de rendement, maintenir les dossiers des employes et mettre en oeuvre des plans de developpement.
Embaucher, integrer et former les nouveaux membres de l'equipe; identifier les occasions d'amelioration continue des competences.
Encadrer le personnel en offrant conseils et motivation pour les aider a atteindre leur plein potentiel.
Favoriser l'excellence operationnelle
Analyser les indicateurs de performance afin de deceler des occasions d'amelioration des processus et des systemes.
Suivre et atteindre les objectifs et indicateurs cles de performance (KPI).
Soutenir les negociations complexes avec les partenaires d'affaires et proposer des solutions innovantes pour reduire les risques.
Profil recherche
Experience et formation
8 a 10 ans d'experience professionnelle pertinente.
1 a 3 ans dans un role de leadership ou de supervision directe.
Baccalaureat requis.
Expertise technique
Maitrise avancee d'Excel, PowerPoint et Power BI.
Excellentes competences en saisie de donnees et capacite a effectuer des calculs mathematiques simples et complexes.
A l'aise avec l'equipement de bureau courant et capable d'apprendre rapidement de nouveaux systemes et technologies.
Competences en leadership et aptitudes cles
Excellentes aptitudes en resolution de problemes, pensee critique et prise de decision.
Capacite demontree a anticiper les impacts, mettre en oeuvre des solutions et s'adapter au changement.
Competences eprouvees en recrutement, developpement et retention de talents.
Excellentes habiletes de communication ecrite et verbale, avec capacite a livrer des presentations percutantes.
Negociateur confiant, capable de promouvoir ses idees de facon persuasive.
Sens aigu de l'organisation et excellente gestion du temps, capable de respecter des echeances serrees.
Engagement envers la confidentialite, l'ethique et le professionnalisme.
Capacite a collaborer efficacement avec des equipes diversifiees et la haute direction.
A l'aise de travailler de facon autonome et de gerer plusieurs priorites.
Volonte de travailler dans un environnement telephonique avec casque d'ecoute pour de longues periodes.
Conditions de travail
Environnement de bureau professionnel.
Ce poste suit la politique de retour au bureau (RTO) de l'entreprise : horaire hybride avec 3 jours au bureau et 2 jours a distance, sujet a changement selon les besoins d'affaires.
Deplacements locaux (dans le pays) requis.
Deplacements frequents (25 %).
