Position Overview



We are seeking a motivated and hands-on

Supervisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong

kitchen management experience

, with specific knowledge of

fryers, fryer boil outs, and overall food safety standards

. This role combines operational support, staff supervision, and active participation in kitchen duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities



Kitchen Operations:

Oversee kitchen workflows, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Manage fryer operations, including daily use, filtering, cleaning, and conducting full fryer boil outs. Monitor food quality and consistency, maintaining our standards for taste, presentation, and safety.

Staff Supervision & Training:

Assist in scheduling, training, and supervising kitchen and front-of-house staff. Support in coaching employees to maintain performance, teamwork, and compliance with policies. Step in as a leader during shifts to handle staff or customer concerns.

Operational Support:

Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting. Ensure inventory is properly managed, including ordering, receiving, and controlling waste. Help implement cost control measures while maximizing efficiency.

Customer Experience:

Uphold high service standards by supporting both back-of-house and front-of-house teams. Address customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications



Prior

kitchen management or supervisory experience

required. Hands-on experience with

fryers, fryer maintenance, and boil outs

is a must. Strong knowledge of

food safety regulations and best practices

. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
