Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience in team management or supervisory roles. Strong skills in training development, interviewing, and recruiting. Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on efficiency. Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction. Experience in sales management is preferred, with the ability to sell products or services effectively. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
