Job Summary:
The storeroom supervisor supports the overall operations of the storeroom, and in the absence of the manager he will be responsible for running the department. Besides to supervise attendants the focus will be the accounting part of the operation.
Essential Job Functions:
Reconcile and post food and alcohol invoices
Reconcile and post food and beverage requisitions
Maintain internal auditing systems
Consult with and assist internal Accounts Payable teams
Assist in monthly counting, posting, and reconciling of inventory in all our outlets
Assist Provisions Master and Inventory Analyst in maintaining inventory control
Monitor transfer of goods from Storeroom to all F&B outlets on the mountain
Assist various F&B Management with menu engineering, providing fiscal support and guidance
Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with operational duties
Work closely with external suppliers to ensure timely product delivery and invoice reconciliation

Supervising Storeroom Attendants
Required Qualifications and Abilities
Food and beverage experience required
Completion of secondary school
Data entry and analyzing experience an asset
Computer proficiency in MS Office and Squirrel
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills required
Able to lift 50+ pounds
Must be personable, friendly and outgoing with customer service skills
Responsible, reliable and must have the ability to work independently with little supervision
Working Conditions
The job requires flexibility in terms of scheduling, different start times, including shifts on weekends or statutory holidays. The storeroom facilities include walk-in freezers where inventory counts have been done. Shifts require heavy lifting and other forms of manual tasks.
