Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our retail environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management. This role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient store operations to meet business objectives. Bilingual abilities and prior supervisory experience are highly valued to support diverse team management and customer interactions.

Responsibilities



Lead and supervise retail staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and store presentation to maximize sales potential Manage POS systems, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and integrity Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a motivated and skilled workforce Coordinate purchasing activities and inventory management to optimize stock levels Implement marketing initiatives and sales strategies to drive store performance Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data for continuous improvement Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards across the store Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism Manage scheduling, payroll processing, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements



Proven supervising experience in retail or related fields with strong leadership capabilities Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong negotiation skills and experience in sales management strategies Bilingual proficiency preferred to support diverse customer base and team members Proficiency in POS systems, cashiering, merchandising, and pricing techniques Experience in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and store management Exceptional communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer service excellence Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and maintain detailed records Knowledge of marketing strategies, administrative processes, bookkeeping, and math skills Demonstrated ability to lead teams through effective time management and organizational skills Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse clientele and staff members
