Smitty's Lawson Heights is looking for a Front-of-House Supervisor who brings steady energy, genuine care, and a love for leading from the floor -- not the office. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead the floor with presence and personality by setting the tone for warm, steady, consistent service.

Support and coach FOH staff in the moment: hosts, servers, bartenders.

Protect standards of cleanliness, food quality, guest experience, and shift execution.

Keep communication clear before, during, and after the rush.

Own the daily rhythm: seating flow, table touches, comps/guest recovery, and shift notes.

Support admin basics like scheduling input, onboarding new team members, and helping with inventories.

Collaborate with the leadership team by working shoulder to shoulder, not siloed.

Leave the dining room better than you found it.

WHAT YOU BRING

A natural hospitality instinct, you genuinely like people, and they feel it.

Experience in restaurants (serving, bartending, supervising, or shift-leading).

Calm confidence during busy shifts, you steady the table, not shake it.

A coaching mindset: you help people improve without making them feel small.

Clear communication and a habit of explaining "why," not just giving direction.

A team-first approach leader who jump in, roll up sleeves, and lead by example.

You are interested in growing your leadership craft with support from an experienced management team.
