---------Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments Establish work schedules and procedures Perform same duties as workers supervised Prepare and submit reports Co-ordinate, assign and review work Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery Provide clients with information Prepare contracts and other papers Plan and manage budgets Maintain accurate records Plan for VIP arrangements Provide expertise in response to clients needs Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets
