As a Supervisor, Registry Clerks, you'll be a key leader in supporting day-to-day operations while mentoring a talented team, ensuring exceptional client service, and overseeing a wide range of registry transactions that directly impact the lives of Albertans.

Once here, you'll:

Lead and manage the daily operations of Westland's Registry Office, supporting both clients and your team Mentor, coach, and conduct performance reviews for Registry Clerks to drive growth, accuracy, and development Deliver exceptional client service, including handling escalated issues professionally and efficiently Assess customer needs and process a wide range of registry services while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Oversee inventory, reporting, reconciliations, and maintain expertise in MOVES, APPRES, CORES, and SPIN 2 systems
