Overview:

The Quality Assurance Supervisor will support the management and execution of the quality program and its components to ensure compliance to regulatory, GATX and customer requirements. This position will also support research and analysis of quality and maintenance related issues and implementation of quality improvements at the facility.
Le/La superviseur(e) de l'assurance qualite contribuera a la gestion et a l'execution du programme qualite et de ses composantes afin de garantir la conformite aux exigences reglementaires, a GATX et ses clients. Il/Elle contribuera egalement a la recherche et a l'analyse des problematiques liees a la qualite et a la maintenance, ainsi qu'a la mise en oeuvre des ameliorations qualite au sein de l'etablissement.
Responsibilities:

The individual in this position will interact with all levels of personnel throughout both the service center and the organization. The primary focus of this position is serving as a technical resource to ensure railcar repairs and all related activities are in compliance with documented repair guidelines prepared by regulatory agencies, railcar engineers and customers. This position may have direct reports.
Le titulaire de ce poste interagira avec le personnel de tous niveaux, tant au sein du centre de services que de l'organisation. Son role principal consiste a jouer un role de ressource technique afin de garantir la conformite des reparations des wagons et de toutes les activites connexes aux directives de reparation documentees etablies par les organismes de reglementation, les ingenieurs wagons et les clients. Ce poste peut etre place sous la responsabilite directe de personnes.
Qualifications:

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience. VT certification or the ability to gain this certification. Ongoing training combining both online and offsite resources. Knowledge and experience in applying structured problem-solving practices (e.g. 5 Whys). Advanced computer skills, including experience or the ability to be proficient with the following systems:

o MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
o LCA
o MMS
o Shop Portal
o ECM
o MIS
o SEM
o SharePoint
o Railinc
o ETQ
o GAGEpack
o Power BI
o PeopleSoft
o AAR circulars

Key Competencies (non-technical behavioral skills, i.e. presentation, negotiation, customer service skills), in priority order:Supports a respectful and inclusive work environment. Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as QA Documents, IO instructions, FM instructions, work orders, drawings, AAR Field Manual and AAR MSRPs Ability to train individuals and effectively communicate technical requirements Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent.Minimum de trois (3) annees d'experience pertinente. Certification VT ou possibilite d'obtenir cette certification. Formation continue combinant des ressources en ligne et hors site. Connaissances et experience de l'application de pratiques structurees de resolution de problemes (par exemple, les 5 pourquoi). Competences informatiques avancees, y compris l'experience ou la capacite a maitriser les systemes suivants.:

Capacite a former des personnes et a communiquer efficacement les exigences techniques. Excellentes competences interpersonnelles et capacite a communiquer a tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
