Les superviseurs en administration de projets (SAP) chez On Side Apres-Sinistre aident a diriger l'equipe d'administrateurs de projets dans le travail essentiel qu'ils effectuent chaque jour. Grace a ses bonnes connaissances dans tous les domaines d'activite de On Side Apres-Sinistre, le superviseur en administration de projets a la capacite de resoudre les problemes et fournir des conseils, car il a deja eu affaire a ce genre de situation!

Les superviseurs en administration de projets sont responsables de ce qui suit :



Former et developper leurs rapports Toujours pret a offrir leur expertise Surveiller et gerer le temps Gerer la capacite et l'allocation des ressources pour s'assurer que rien ne manque Offrir de l'aide lorsque les besoins sont eleves

Bilingue (anglais/francais): Necessite d'interagir sur une base reguliere avec une clientele anglophone et des collegues partout au pays De 3 a plus de 5 ans d'excellent travail en administration Faire preuve de votre capacite a travailler avec des priorites elevees et concurrentes Plus de 1 ans de supervision ou de gestion de personnel Une attitude positive et volontaire! De l'experience en fournissant un excellent service a la clientele Casier judiciaire vierge

Ce role necessite au moins deux a trois journees par semaine dans la succursale de Laval, Montreal Est et Sainte-Catherine et les exigences peuvent changer a mesure que les besoins de l'equipe evoluent.

Le salaire de base indique est determine par le volume de projets et les marges brutes, combines a l'experience dans le secteur et aux relations professionnelles demontrees. La remuneration totale, incluant la structure de commission et de bonus, sera discutee en detail si vous etes selectionne(e) pour un entretien.

Compensation

: $72 000 - $85 000 /year(full-time / permanent)

PAS's at On Side help lead the Project Administration team in the essential work they carry out every day. With exceptional knowledge in every area of On Side's work the PAS can get to the root of any issue and provide guidance, because they've dealt with this before!

Project Administration Supervisors are responsible for:



Training and developing their reports Being available to lend expertise Monitoring and managing time Managing capacity and allocating resources to ensure nothing gets missed Pitching in when needs are high

What you bring:



Bilingual (French/English): Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country. 3-5+ years providing excellent administrative work Evidence of being able to work with competing high priorities 1+ years supervising or managing people A positive, 'can do' attitude! A background providing excellent customer service. Valid Drivers license & clean drivers abstract Clean criminal record

Work Location:
