The Practice Management Supervisor is responsible for driving proficiency, optimizing advisor tools usage to drive benefits maximization in agency offices. This role focuses on leading a group of Practice Management Specialists, supporting Advisors through effective adoption of tools, processes, and best practices. The leader works closely with the Senior Manager, Practice Management and other RSS teams to ensure consistent delivery of sales and service processes and practices, supporting advisor enablement and operational excellence. Strong communication, collaboration and execution skills are essential to ensure successful implementation.




How you will create impact:




Leading role in supporting execution of practice management initiatives in the field. Drives adoption of tools, procedures and processes among Advisors to ensure best practices are followed and maintained across agencies. Resources in-field support to Advisors and their staff to promote utilization of business systems and tools (e.g., CRM; Genesys; Analytics Dashboards). Leading collaboration with field leadership to communicate results, enable accountability and identify tactics to improve advisor adoption. Coordinate with the Practice Management team to understand and plan for the pipeline of changes, key pain points, and field engagement throughout the year. Act as a liaison to ensure alignment needs and practice management strategies; capture the voice of the advisor, identifying potential gap areas while balancing the need for operational efficiency. Take leading role in collaborative effort among RSS stakeholders (i.e. Field Development, Managers of Retail Sales, etc.) to ensure roles consistently understand and follow best practices. Monitor implementation progress and adoption metrics. HR activities including performance management, performance objectives, rewards & recognition, development, and career planning in partnership with employee. Coach and inspire staff to deliver on goals, grow in their positions and develop their talent and potential.

To join our team:




Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in Insurance or Financial Services industry. You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related areas. Industry relevant life, wealth, farm, commercial or home/auto insurance or sales certifications. Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships and trust with Advisors and other partners. Ability to manage and organize multiple priorities and meetings into a streamlined plan. Knowledge of advisor-facing tools and processes. Understanding sales and service best practices. Ability to align field execution with business goals. Experience supporting Advisors and driving adoption. Customer- and advisor-centric mindset with high emotional intelligence. Strong ability to influence in order to gain buy in on initiatives. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, evolving environment.
