You will be the face of the Freshii brand on the front lines, energizing our guests every day. You'll establish, oversee and coordinate all the operational activities of your restaurant. Let's get into a few more speci?cs:
? Train, develop, coach and evaluate team members.
? Create an environment where guests are happii. Motivate your team to spread energy, be passionate about our menu items, contribute ideas to improve guest experience, and work e?ciently.
? Manage and optimize team member scheduling and responsibility delegation.
? Maintain optimal food cost ratios through portion, purchasing, inventory and waste controls.
? Maintain all restaurant operation policies and procedures, safety protocols as well as governmental regulations.

- Interest in promoting the Freshii Mission
- Strong, professional leadership skills to create a positive team culture
- 1-2 years of retail or quick-service restaurant supervisor experience in a fast-
paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
