Nous sommes \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un superviseur des op\xc3\xa9rations bien \xc3\xa9quilibr\xc3\xa9 qui supervisera les op\xc3\xa9rations, notamment la r\xc3\xa9ception, le pr\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa8vement, l\'emballage, l\'exp\xc3\xa9dition, la coupe de fils, l\'assemblage l\xc3\xa9ger ainsi que l\'entretien m\xc3\xa9nager de l\'entrep\xc3\xb4t. Objectif du poste :

  • Planifier, diriger et coordonner les op\xc3\xa9rations de stockage et de distribution des produits et des mat\xc3\xa9riaux. G\xc3\xa9rer les secteurs d\xc3\xa9sign\xc3\xa9s de l\'exploitation de l\'entrep\xc3\xb4t, superviser les secteurs fonctionnels et remplir les fonctions de gestionnaire qui lui sont assign\xc3\xa9es. Responsable de l\'application coh\xc3\xa9rente des SOP (Standard Operating Policies) et de l\'administration des associ\xc3\xa9s dans l\'\xc3\xa9tablissement.
Les responsabilit\xc3\xa9s comprennent :
  • Assurer la conformit\xc3\xa9 aux proc\xc3\xa9dures d\'exploitation pour la r\xc3\xa9ception, la manipulation, le stockage et l\'exp\xc3\xa9dition des produits et des mat\xc3\xa9riaux.
  • Assurer un environnement de travail s\xc3\xbbr pour tous les associ\xc3\xa9s, notamment en surveillant les installations pour les r\xc3\xa9parations et l\'entretien, en promouvant et en g\xc3\xa9rant les programmes de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9, en veillant au respect des politiques en mati\xc3\xa8re d\'indemnisation des travailleurs et de responsabilit\xc3\xa9 civile g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rale.
  • Examiner les bons de travail, les rapports de consommation et les pr\xc3\xa9visions de la demande pour estimer les p\xc3\xa9riodes de pointe de livraison et attribuer les tches.
  • Superviser les activit\xc3\xa9s des travailleurs charg\xc3\xa9s de la r\xc3\xa9ception, du stockage et de l\'exp\xc3\xa9dition des produits ou des mat\xc3\xa9riaux.
  • Former le personnel pour assurer l\'atteinte des objectifs de rendement du service.
  • G\xc3\xa9rer et assurer la r\xc3\xa9alisation des objectifs de rendement des secteurs fonctionnels assign\xc3\xa9s.
  • \xc3\x89laborer et mettre en \xc5\x93uvre des plans de modification ou d\'expansion des installations, comme l\'achat d\'\xc3\xa9quipement ou des changements dans la r\xc3\xa9partition de l\'espace ou la conception structurelle.
  • Planifier le ramassage en surface, la livraison ou la distribution de produits ou de mat\xc3\xa9riaux.
  • Pr\xc3\xa9parer ou diriger la pr\xc3\xa9paration de la correspondance, des rapports et des manuels d\'exploitation, d\'entretien et de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9.
  • Ouvrir et fermer le centre de distribution, autoriser les remboursements et traiter les probl\xc3\xa8mes des clients.
  • Effectuer d\'autres tches selon les besoins.


Nous recherchons des candidats ayant :
  • 2+ ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans les op\xc3\xa9rations d\'entrep\xc3\xb4t, y compris l\'exp\xc3\xa9dition, la r\xc3\xa9ception, l\'inventaire et le contr\xc3\xb4le de la qualit\xc3\xa9.
  • Plus de 2 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en supervision dans un centre de distribution, un d\xc3\xa9taillant \xc3\xa0 grand volume, un fabricant ou un environnement de production.
  • 1-3 ans requis, 5 ans pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9s de conduite de chariot \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9vateur \xc3\xa0 fourche.
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes secondaires ou exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa9quivalente requis
  • Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en affaires, en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe, de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence.
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience ant\xc3\xa9rieure d\xc3\xa9montr\xc3\xa9e de la gestion d\'une \xc3\xa9quipe d\'associ\xc3\xa9s horaires dans un environnement de production, de distribution, de fabrication, de vente au d\xc3\xa9tail ou similaire, o\xc3\xb9 le rythme est soutenu.
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience de l\'encadrement et de l\'orientation des employ\xc3\xa9s
  • Grande capacit\xc3\xa9 d\'analyse et aptitude \xc3\xa0 recueillir des donn\xc3\xa9es, \xc3\xa0 les examiner, \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer ces analyses et \xc3\xa0 communiquer efficacement la traduction commerciale \xc3\xa0 votre \xc3\xa9quipe.

We are looking for a well-rounded Operations Supervisor that will oversee operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly as well as housekeeping of the warehouse. Position Purpose: Plan, direct, and coordinate the storage and distribution operations of products and materials. Manage designated areas of Warehouse Operation, oversee functional areas, and perform manager\xe2\x80\x99s duties as assigned. Responsible for consistent application of SOPs (Standard Operating Policies) and associate administration in the facility. Responsibilities include:
  • Ensures compliance with operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, and shipping of products and materials
  • Ensures a safe working environment for all associates including surveying facility for repair and maintenance items, promoting and managing safety programs; ensuring policy adherence for worker\xe2\x80\x99s compensation and general liability issues
  • Review work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and issue work assignments
  • Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials
  • Trains staff to ensure attainment of department performance goals
  • Manages and ensures successful achievement of performance goals of assigned functional areas
  • Develop and implement plans for facility modification or expansion, such as equipment purchase or changes in space allocation or structural design
  • Schedule surface pickup, delivery, or distribution of products or materials
  • Prepare or direct preparation of correspondence, reports, and operations maintenance and safety manuals
  • Opens and closes the distribution center, authorizes refunds, and handles customer problems
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
We are looking for candidates with:
  • 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory and quality control.
  • 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 supervisory experience within a distribution center, high-volume retailer, manufacturer, or production environment.
  • 1-3 years required, 5 years preferred of forklift operation
  • High School degree or equivalent experience required
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, management or related field preferred
  • Prior demonstrated experience managing a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced production, distribution, manufacturing, retail or similar environment
  • Experience coaching and guiding employees
  • Highly analytical with ability to; gather data, review data, manage through those analytics and effectively communicate the business translation to your team
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated business communication skills, verbal and written, required
  • Experience with operational process and team development preferred
  • Excellent computer skills and aptitude
  • Self-directed, motivated and goal oriented with a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. Able to dissect a problem and present realistic solution
  • Knowledge of Electrical or Low Voltage products preferred but not required
