You will work with our guests & employees to ensure safety & service excellence are carried out in every interaction. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises a transportation services team and the transportation services activities.
- Responsible for scheduling transportation services activities and operations.
- Routinely applies knowledge of operations, Company products, and customer services to assist staff with routine questions.
- Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the Company\'s policies, objectives, and applicable government laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in the use of computer business applications.
- A current valid driver\'s license, with a clean driving record, is required.
- A Commercial Driver\'s License (CDL) is required.
- Minimum age of 21 is required for CDL.
- Must be certified as physically qualified through a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen. You will become a part of our random drug test pool.
- CDL certification may be obtained through the company training course.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Minimum age of 21 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
- Participates in HAP\xe2\x80\x99s sustainability program, aka \xe2\x80\x9cSustain Alaska & the Yukon\xe2\x80\x9d, and efforts by actively recycling (where available), reducing waste, and educating guests about our commitment to the environment.
- Participate in HAP\xe2\x80\x99s safety culture to ensure a safe workplace for all team members and a safe vacation experience for all guests.
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to all guests, coworkers, and vendors.

- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, and maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
- Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
- Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
