We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Before and After School Program Supervisor. Be a part of a positive workplace environment? Kare 4 Kids is looking for a motivated, experienced individual to fill the position of Supervisor at our Grand Coulee location. This position is perfect for those with experience in tutoring, early childhood education, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Provide full time management of the overall operation of the Program Perform all administration duties, including collecting family payments Ensure a safe and positive environment for all children under your care Supervise, encourage, and support staff Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities and programs for children. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all participants. Work with other Program Supervisors to create Programming and crafts Attend weekly staff meetings; hold individual program staff meetings as needed Create a sense of community and partnership with families of the program Liaison with school administrators Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the program. Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through various activities. AM/PM split shifts with 12.5 flexible administration hours (weekly average of 37.50 hrs)

Requirements

Previous supervisory and administrative experience Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting is preferred. The ability to multi-task and thrive in a high energy environment Strong and consistent communication skills and the ability to engage with children effectively. Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills A genuine passion for educating and nurturing young minds. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs within the program. Comfortable working indoors and out A Current First Aid certificate with CPR (or be prepared to obtain one within 30 days) A completed clean Criminal Record Check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.84-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
