Supervise Personal Support Workers and admin staff.
Coordinate staff schedules, vacations, and call-ins.
Lead daily huddles and team meetings.
Handle basic client issues and inquiries.
Maintain program audits, surveys, and documentation.
Participate in union-related discussions and apply collective agreements.
Perform data entry (Procura), payroll prep, and petty cash management.
Participate in 24/7 on-call duties.
