We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and possess exceptional leadership skills. This role is essential in ensuring that our operations run smoothly while providing excellent customer service. The Supervisor will oversee daily activities, manage staff, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Duties
Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and merchandising.
Assist with cashiering duties and ensure accurate transactions using the POS system.
Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and best practices in customer service.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both employees and customers.
Collaborate with upper management to develop marketing strategies that drive sales.
Requirements
Proven leadership experience in a retail or similar environment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
Familiarity with cashiering processes and experience using POS systems.
Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
Excellent administrative skills for managing schedules, reports, and other documentation.
Ability to analyze market trends to make informed decisions regarding pricing and promotions.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed by the business.
