What will I be doing?



The Starbucks Supervisor will be responsible for greeting Guests in a prompt and courteous manner and maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude. This Team Member will accept and process Guest orders, while ensuring an efficient level of service by all Team Members. The Starbucks Supervisor will assume duties of Managers when they are unavailable. These duties include: resolving Guest inquiries/concerns in a prompt and professional manner, entering voids into the POS system, ordering inventory and training new Team Members. This Team Member will also be responsible for any other duties assigned by the Manager.

Experience



Previous supervisory experience Previous serving experience is preferred Previous experience working in a Cafe-style environment considered an asset Previous experience handling cash transactions

Skills



Strong Guest service skills Superb communication and interpersonal skills Positive and professional attitude Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume business Ability to work well within a team Excellent problem-solving skills Must be available to work a variety of shifts

Physical Demands



Must be able to lift and carry 10kg Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Requirements



Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel's satisfaction.
