Experience in the Tim Hortons system preferred with 1 year Supervisory, Trainer, or Team Lead experience

Your Role

As Supervisor, you'll support the management team and help keep daily operations running smoothly. You will:

Lead by example to ensure every guest enjoys a warm, welcoming experience Support team training, coaching, and scheduling to keep shifts running effectively Help maintain product quality, cleanliness, and health & safety standards Assist with cash handling and inventory checks Provide feedback and resolve guest concerns when needed

What You Bring

Tim Hortons experience - At least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory position preferred Quick service background - 2+ years in food service or retail Leadership - A positive role model who motivates and supports others Flexibility - Able to work in a fast-paced environment with evenings and weekends as needed Physical ability - Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
