As a Laundry Supervisor, you're the driving force behind a clean, efficient, and energized laundry operation. You lead by example--motivating your team, ensuring safety, and keeping everyone on task to deliver pristine linens that meet the highest health and safety standards. Your leadership ensures that every guest experiences the comfort and cleanliness they expect, making you an essential part of the resort's success. With your guidance, the laundry team doesn't just meet expectations--they exceed them, shift after shift!###
RESPONSIBILITIES
Training, scheduling, coaching, motivation, discipline, and supervising the laundry team.
Sorting and weighing linens.
Loading and unloading linens from washers and dryers.
Folding and storing linens by type in designated locations.
Daily inspections of machines, chemicals, and linens.
Cleaning and sanitizing of laundry facilities.
Retrieve and deliver linens and laundered items to/from all locations.
Communicate with supervisors and other team members for service or technical updates, requests, or concerns.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum age of 21 years is required to operate a commercial vehicle.
Valid Driver's License (not revoked or suspended) with fewer than three moving violations.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Ability to organize and prioritize work, and maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
