Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will oversee daily operations, support staff, and maintain high standards of quality and hospitality.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Train, mentor, and support serving staff to maintain excellent customer service and performance standards. Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and address any service issues. Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting as required. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations. Assist in scheduling, staff assignments, and maintaining inventory of front-of-house supplies. Stay informed about menu items, promotions, and restaurant policies to guide both staff and guests effectively.

Requirements

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong customer service skills with a passion for leading a team and enhancing the guest experience. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities. Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to lead by example. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
