REQUIREMENTS

Strong ability to lead, motivate, and support team members. Experience in training and coaching staff to meet performance and service standards. Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to ensure a friendly, welcoming, and efficient guest experience at all times. Able to manage day-to-day store operations including shift scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and ensuring food safety compliance. Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, inventory control, and drive-thru operations. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
