Permanent Full Time-We are currently hiring a Supervisor, Investigations - Fraud Management Detection, Prevention & Integrity Services, Workplace Solutions with a focus on dental benefits, to join our high-performance team in Winnipeg, MB. This is a hybrid position - the successful applicants will be required to work 3 days a week in office with flexible working hours within our core business hours of 7am-5pm CST.As Supervisor, Investigations you enjoy challenges, are enthusiastic about finding creative and innovative solutions and have a passion for supporting your team while embracing a lead at all levels philosophy.   • Demonstrate leadership while empowering all team members to lead at all levels
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous development and inclusiveness
  • Coach and mentor team members throughout their case investigations including providing feedback and direction on investigative plans and investigative actions
  • Monitor workloads for each team member ensuring they are reasonable yet challenging Ensure department and client reporting needs are being met
  • Conduct quality reviews and identify where training opportunity may exist
  • Ensure the appropriate handling of all customer complaints
  • Work closely with other members of the team including investigators, leadership, data analysts and the Special Investigations unit
  • Lead and coordinate targeted investigations, department process innovations and system enhancements
  • Provide coaching and feedback to ensure consistent team member performance and development in order to achieve individual, team and department goals
  • Identify fraud and abuse risks and make recommendations to mitigate future risk.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on process improvement
  • Collaborate with other key Workplace Solutions areas to arrive at innovative customer solutions
  • Keep current on dental industry trends and maintain appropriate professional development
What you will bring:
  • Dental clinic or dental industry experience is an asset
  • Relevant experience in a leadership role
  • Completion of post-secondary level education (e.g. university or college degree/diploma)
  • A combination of relevant experience and education will be considered
  • Professional designation in a relevant regulated healthcare field (Dental Hygiene, Dental Assistant) would be considered an asset
  • Proven leadership, coaching and decision-making abilities
  • Solution oriented with strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, including experience delivering difficult messages
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple, simultaneous investigations with shifting priorities
  • High attention to detail
  • Superior customer service mindset
  • Strong diplomacy and negotiating skills during an unscripted situation and often fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment by collaborating, supporting, and motivating the team
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Prior investigative or auditing experience will be considered an asset
  • Ability to communicate in French is considered an asset
  • Due to the high profile of a number of our clients, a Federal Government Enhanced Screening is a job requirement which will involve fingerprinting and a credit check

-The base salary for this position is between $51,400 - $85,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
