We are looking for a Supervisor who can maintain a safe and secure environment while supervising the activities of employees and outside personnel, analyzing the operations of an organization, developing work schedules, and maintaining control over expenditures. The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in supervision and a commitment to a long-term career with our company. Responsibilities:
- Maintain the safety of employees and their ability to do their jobs.
- Enforce the rules of a workplace.
- Monitor the performance of employees and take steps to improve it.
- Oversee new-hire training.
- Provide performance feedback to employees.
