Job Summary

The Crew Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong background in construction management, with the ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various construction management software and possess excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor work progress and quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project management and documentation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide crew activities effectively. Assist in budgeting and construction estimating to ensure projects remain financially viable. Provide training and support to crew members on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to timelines. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in supervising construction crews with a strong understanding of construction processes. Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar tools. Strong skills in quality control, budgeting, blueprint reading, construction estimating, and schematics. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. Ability to problem-solve effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $23.00-$38.91 per hour
