Posting Close: August 2, 2024Position SummaryReporting to the Director, Employment and Settlement Services, the Supervisor, Food Training Program is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating the Employment Services Skill Building Programs, with a focus within the Culinary and Hospitality Industry. The Supervisor collaborates with staff, clients, volunteers, community partners, and stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of services that meet the needs of our diverse community.The Supervisor also supports and manages Dixon Halls Youth Incubator Better Food and The Next Step food programs and often works out of the Community Hub and Kitchen located in Regent Park. The Supervisor will lead our ongoing programs by extending partnership and supporting proposal development.We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as our Supervisor, Food Training Program. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing and evaluating our programs with a focus within the Culinary and Hospitality industry.
