If you're seeking a challenging and rewarding career in an industry-leading company and if you're a highly motivated team player, we look forward to hearing from you.The OpportunityAs a valued member of our Energy Solutions team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of program specialists and engineers to design, deliver and evaluate energy conservation and electrification programs for residential and business customers. Key responsibilities include: technical and economic assessment of energy solutions opportunities; implementation of the Company's multi-year electrification, conservation and demand management plan; evaluation of program effectiveness and energy impact results; directing, coaching and coordinating staff; designing, developing, delivering and evaluating programs, processes, tools and systems; close coordination with the marketing team, as well as other departments and external partners to ensure the success of customer program delivery; regulatory reporting of program results and other regulatory supports; maintaining knowledge of local, national and industry trends and legislation regarding relevant technologies and programs; and maintaining productive relationships with consultants and provincial and national stakeholders.Your qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related discipline with 5 to 7 years' experience. You must have strong analytical, people management, coaching and facilitation skills, a proven ability to generate results, strong project management skills, meet tight deadlines and thrive in a team environment. You are an innovative individual with strong organizational skills who builds strong partnerships.
