What You'll Be Doing:

Leading from the front--setting the tone for excellent customer service and teamwork.

Coaching and mentoring staff daily, helping them grow their product knowledge and customer service skills.

Handling special requests, tough customer situations, and escalations with confidence.

Keeping the team aligned and motivated--if something's off, you address it.

Identifying and fixing process gaps before they become problems.

Owning results--both your own and the store's performance.

Collaborating with other leaders to create a smooth, efficient, and fun work environment.

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership experience--you've managed, coached, or led teams before and know how to bring out the best in people.

A natural problem-solver who can keep cool under pressure.

A passion for craft beer, spirits, and wine (or a strong interest in learning).

Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.

A hands-on, team-first attitude--no job is too big or small.

The ability to hold people accountable while keeping morale high.
