What You'll Do:

Supervise and support a crew of skilled workers on high-end concrete finishing projects Ensure work is done to the highest quality and safety standards Communicate clearly with team members, project managers, and site leads Solve problems proactively and keep jobs on track Lead by example with a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Help train and mentor less experienced workers as the team grows

What We're Looking For:

At least 3-5 years of experience as a team lead, foreperson, or supervisor in construction or trades (concrete-specific experience not mandatory) Strong communication skills and the ability to manage people respectfully and effectively Ability to manage multiple projects and people at the same time Driver's license with a clean driving abstract A calm, confident presence on site -- you don't need to bark orders to earn respect Commitment to quality, safety, and getting the job done right A collaborative mindset -- we work as a team, and we want leaders who do too
