We have a full-time opportunity for a Supervisor within our Customer Care Department at our Saint John, NB Corporate office. Currently we offer flexibility for our teams to work a hybrid schedule which provides the opportunity to work together in our Saint John office and also to work from home with company provided equipment.

Customer Care is dedicated to providing Count on Me service to our guests and hotels. We support our customers, internal and external, in resolving all concerns to guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the Director, Customer Care a supervisor motivates and develops team members to meet and exceed goals and drive performance results and sales goals through active mentoring, coaching and development. Ensuring the quality and consistency of customer service delivered to guests and Wyndham Hotel Group hotel brands through review of inbound and outbound calls/emails and review of customer care cases will be a priority. You will ensure quality and consistent Count on Me service to our customers and franchisees. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible to uphold our Business Principles which support a positive work environment. A Supervisor, Customer Care will also focus on long term planning to enhance Customer Care for the guests and Wyndham Hotel Group hotel brands and identifying opportunities for operational improvements and implementation of solutions.

Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated three (3) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a leadership role, post-secondary education and/or previous experience in the hospitality industry would be preferred, team-oriented with the proven ability to build collaborative working relationships, promote open communication and welcome opportunities for feedback for supporting and developing your team, results-driven and committed to establishing exceptional customer experiences and data-oriented and creative problem-solving. Previous Supervisory experience is considered an asset for this role.
