You will guide patrons through of our curated assortment, which will earn their trust, credibility, loyalty, and create a positive and inclusive environment for anyone (19+) who steps through our doors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cannabis, be hard working, adaptable, and come with either retail cannabis, hospitality, or customer service experience.If you are someone who is a team player, passionate, motivated, with a growth mindset, this could be the position for you!Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Build positive community relationships\xc2\xb7 Be a positive and charismatic brand ambassador\xc2\xb7 Continuous education and have a full understanding of our assortment\xc2\xb7 Complete transactions, owning the entire path to purchase\xc2\xb7 Adhere to regulations, compliance, standards and best practices to achieve desired results\xc2\xb7 Inventory Management\xc2\xb7 Maintain the integrity of the location, assuring safety and cleanliness are top of mind\xc2\xb7 Drive performance, comprehensive understanding of KPI\xe2\x80\x99s\xc2\xb7 Help us create a positive and vibrant in-store experience\xc2\xb7 Opening/Closing the store including, float counts, closing the POS/debit terminal batch, end of night reportingQualifications: Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service industry\xc2\xb7 Responsible and reliable\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills\xc2\xb7 High Integrity, High Energy,\xc2\xb7 Passionate in connecting communities through cannabis\xc2\xb7 Basic skills in using digital platformsRequired Attributes:
