Successful candidates will have:

Post secondary degree in Social Services or Counselling or a combination of education, training and experience

Two or more years of supervisory experience in the delivery of services

Strong outreach and netowrking skills

Superior oral and written communication skills
/li
li
Conflict resolution skills
/li
li
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
/li
li
Must be double vaccinated
/li
li
Occupational First Aid (OFA2) preferred
