Car Wash Supervisor: Full Time

25 to 40 hours per week

Must be available to work weekends and weekdays both open and closing shifts

Starting Wage: $18.50 to $19.50 per hour

At Valet we are a respected and well-established Car Wash Company looking to recruit a full time Supervisor for our busy exterior car wash facility in Chatham. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service standards and team productivity standards are met by leading, training, and supporting the team with the daily overall sales, operation and production goals of the site.

The role includes: Ensuring company goals are met, guiding customers safely into the car wash, answering customer inquires, determining customer needs, recommending services, coaching, training, and directing the team while ensuring exceptional customer service, team productivity, safety, facility housekeeping, maintenance and cleanliness standards are met.

What we are looking for:

Minimum 1 year retail Supervisor experience

Maintain a positive team culture by communicating effectively with team members

Demonstrate leadership by working hands on with team members to get the job done and exemplify standards, expectations and teamwork.

Provide exceptional customer service

Comfortable working outside in hot, cold and wet weather conditions

Comfortable bending, lifting and standing for long periods of time

Good computer skills

Ensure daily, weekly and monthly task lists are completed on time

Excellent communication skills

Ensure Customer service, operations, safety and productivity standards are met

Oversee daily operations, cleaning and inspections of equipment

Increase retail sales and team productivity

Work closely with the Management Team

Control labor and inventory costs

Meet or exceed monthly budget goals

Actively recruit, support ongoing staff development and recognize and reward

Train, coach and provide feedback to support employee performance

Maintain company standards and core values
