*Role Overview

At Hankki, we believe in "More Than a Meal." ? We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Supervisor who can lead our store team with

positivity, energy, and responsibility.

This role is about supervising daily operations, supporting team members, and ensuring the store runs smoothly, not about manager-level duties like scheduling or HR. The Supervisor reports directly to the Manager. ?

*Preferred Qualifications

:

Prior hands-on experience in food service (fast food, food court, or quick service restaurants) - Friendly, positive, and energetic personality Strong teamwork and leadership skills Ability to supervise team members in Hankki style (Help Each Other, Act With Heart, Nurture The Team, Keep The Promise, Kindness Matters, Include Everyone) Problem-solving mindset and accountability English communication skills required ?

*Key Responsibilities:

Oversee opening & closing procedures (POS check, inventory check, hygiene check, cleaning) Supervise staff during operating hours (11:00 AM - 2:00 PM) to ensure smooth service Support team members and guide new staff on service & hygiene standards Handle customer concerns professionally (escalate to the Owner if necessary) Check inventory and prepare requests for the Owner (final approval by Owner) Provide daily report to the Owner (sales summary, issues, improvement points)

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
